Australia is renowned for the quality and consistency of its
beef. The Meat Club range of Premium Australian Beef Lean Mince is
certified #trueaussie, which means that it is produced naturally and
free to roam in a land of abundant natural pasturelands. Free to roam in
their natural environment, feeding on natural grasses and interacting
with their surrounds from birth to roughly 18 months of age, our Premium
Beef is then transferred to a 100 day grain-fed program in a large
outdoor feed-lot in Queensland. The grain provided to our cattle is
sourced from adjoining properties and is designed specifically, to
produce a rich and consistent eating experience and flavour.



Sourced
from the Gulf of Carpentaria region in Northern Queensland via a fully
integrated supply chain, our beef is cared for by the same people all
the way through from birth to processing. You can be assured of the food
safety for our beef, as it is cut and vacuum packed at the processor in
Australia. This means less contamination risks as third-party handling
is significantly reduced, with no-one ‘touching’ your meat until it is
opened by you in the comfort of your home.



Our 100 Days Grain Fed
Beef Lean Mince is incredibly versatile and packed full with flavour.
With less than 4g of saturated fat per 100g serve, our Lean Mince is
considered to be ‘lean’ and qualifies for the Australian National Heart
Foundation tick of approval. Lean mince contains approximately 730kJ, 7g
total fat and 3.2g saturated fat per 100g cooked. Comparatively,
regular mince contains approximately 942kJ, 12.9g total fat and 5.7g
saturated fat.
