I ordered the lamb pack, to celebrate the birth of my son. I initially messed up the order date, accidentally ordering for the 9th March when I actually needed it for the 4th of March. So I contacted David and and without any hesitations he was able to deliver a pack on the 4th by 9am as our party started at 1pm. This in itself was excellent piece of customer service and we were grateful for that. Now to the star of the show (should have been my son), but the meat was. We finished a leg of lamb, 2 crown racks and 2 sets of lamb chops in 2 hours. One of the best lambs we have tasted. No leftovers. We demolished about 4kgs. A great concept with quality. At last I've found an excellent meat supplier in Singapore! Started using them for red meat a few months ago and their product is consistently tasty and tender. It’s never frozen and they import it so fresh that it lasts for ages vacuum packed in your fridge. Way better than anything else I’ve bought in Singapore at any price. I just grilled the Porterhouse last night with some butter, salt, pepper and garlic and even on my own crappy domestic grill it was completely divine!
