Our Free Range Australian BBQ Sausages are prepared in Singapore by our friends at Sidecar Sausages using only the best ingredients. These mild-flavored thicker style sausages are made with a combination of Australian beef and pork with subtle garlic and onion notes while the light seasoning (no pepper) make them great for children. Perfect for a BBQ or pan fried with a slice of sourdough and a squeeze of ketchup, mustard and caramelized onions. For a healthier version, make a generous warm salad (see here).
