Sauce is a South East Asian staple that consist of a variety of spices
and herbs, such as lemon grass and kaffir leaves. Made locally in
partnership with Gourmet Ready, we only use quality fresh high
ingredients with no added preservatives. Thanks to added creaminess from
the coconut milk, this sauce is perfect for our entire range of
chicken, beef and lamb.
