Sauce uses a Thai-inspired blend of green chilli, cilantro and other
herbs to give it a distinct colour. Made locally in partnership with
Gourmet Ready, we only use quality fresh high ingredients with no added
preservatives. This sauce can be used across our entire range of
chicken, beef and lamb cuts.
Ingredients: Coconut milk, cilantro,
lemon grass, green chilli, fish sauce, galangal, garlic, sweet basil
leaf, palm sugar, pepper, spices, salt
