When and how will my delivery arrive?

We offer deliveries 6 days a week (excluding Sunday) with 3 delivery slots every weekday and 2 slots on Saturdays, as below.

All our items are delivered in navy blue recyclable chiller bags with ice packs that keep your product fresh from warehouse to home. We would always recommend packing your items in the fridge/ freezer immediately.

If you would like to return your bags and ice bags, we kindly ask that you collect up to 6 bags before reaching out to a friendly team member, to organise a round trip to our warehouse. This is to reduce our carbon footprint as well as streamline our own operations. Some of our delivery drivers are from third party platforms like Lalamove, who often have other jobs to continue too, meaning they are not always returning to our warehouse.

Of course, the chiller bags are useful for everyday grocery shopping and picnics, so we always welcome having them reused, time and time again.

To save unnecessary Co2 emissions, we’ve always suggested that our customers collect 6 or more bags before we organise a round trip. Please feel free to contact us to organise a collection on your next delivery in that case!
