Hi there, and welcome to our new, improved website dashboard. After taking onboard our customers feedback, we have designed our new site to better suit our members needs for quality proteins from Australia and New Zealand.
We have also begun to weave our ethos, the ‘Conscious Carnivore‘, into the website, which we are excited to share with you, to give a deeper understanding of what The Meat Club is about. With our new site, you sill see an improved Dashboard with more functionality.
This function allows you to regularly change your cart items and quantities, plus change the frequency of your deliveries (2 weeks, 4 weeks, etc). You can also add one-off items to your cart, which will be delivered along with your subscription order and removed on the next delivery cycle.
This function means you can have all in-stock items in your saved basket shipped on the next available delivery date. Choosing this option before 2pm will mean you can enjoy next day delivery, perfect for when the freezer is empty.
Going on holiday? Too much meat? This function means that your upcoming subscription order (if payment hasn’t been taken) will be skipped, and delivered on the next cycle.
Use this function to update your addresses and any other personal particulars, helpful for keeping our drivers delivering to you after a house move!
Use this function to update your payment information via our encrypted payment gateway provider, Stripe.
PAUSE & REACTIVATE SUBSCRIPTION
This function means that all your subscription deliveries will be paused until you choose to reactivate your account again.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so via the Dashboard before payment is taken (3 days prior to delivery). Please be reminded that on cancellation, the offer of Free Mince for Life will likewise be cancelled, and can’t be reactivated. That is why we always suggest that members Pause their subscription instead, which will reactivate the offer when orders are resumed.
