Terms of Service

  1. This Site is operated by The Meat Club. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Meat Club. The Meat Club offers this site, including all information, to you conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
  2. These Terms apply to your use of the Site. By accessing and using the Site:
    1. you agree to these Terms; and
    2. where your access and use is on behalf of a third party or entity, you confirm that you are authorised and agree to these Terms on their behalf.
  1. These Terms govern purchase(s) you make of our Products via the Site.
  2. Where you place an order for our Products, you confirm that:
    1. you are legally entitled to purchase those Products; and
    2. you agree to be bound by these Terms, subject to our acceptance of your order.
  3. We are not bound by your order until we have accepted it. Acceptance of your order occurs when we issue you an email confirming receipt of your order with an accompanying invoice.
  4. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any Products, a pricing error or an error in your order.
  5. We reserve the right to charge you 20% of your order value, if your Auto Pilot is cancelled within the first two months of the subscription (representing the initial savings you made on Auto Pilot).
  1. We may amend these Terms from time to time by updating them on the Site, with the change(s) taking effect immediately.
  2. You are responsible for ensuring you are familiar with the Terms at all times.
  3. By continuing to access and use the Site, you agree to be bound by the Terms.
  1. You must provide true, current and complete information to our Site, and must promptly update that information as required, including your email address, phone number and credit card details, so that we can complete your order.
  2. You agree not to act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus) that may in any way compromise the Site, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Site.
  3. To the extent permitted by law, you indemnify us against all loss we suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of your failure to comply with these Terms.
  1. You are legally bound to complete a purchase, subject to our acceptance, once you have “checked out” on the Site and received a confirmation email and accompanying invoice for our Products.
  2.  You agree that any additional purchases (ie order modification) will be subsequently charged to your nominated credit card, subject to our acceptance, once you have “checked out” on the Site and received a confirmation email.
  3. Our obligation to provide you with the Products is subject to their availability and our receipt of the total amount payable in relation to your order for the Products.
  4. Risk in the Products passes to you when we make the Products available to you at your designated delivery address in accordance with these Terms (whether or not you take delivery).
  5. Subject to our receipt in full of your cleared payment for the Products, title in the Products passes to you on actual delivery.
  2. When you refer friends and family to, you will receive a $10 SGD referral credit for each friend or family member who makes a qualified first purchase. Your friend or family member must be a new member of The Meat Club (this offer excludes returning or existing members) and live in a different household.
  3. You will only receive a referral credit for your friend or family member’s first qualified purchase if the purchase was a result of an invite from you via the authorized referral link sent to them via email. If your friend or family member does not click on the personal referral link in their invite email or other invite mechanism to accept your invitation, and use that credit within 7 days of receipt, you may not receive a referral credit and we will have no liability to you because there is no discernible way to identify that the purchase resulted from your referral.
  4. A qualified purchase is considered to include a Single Purchase or Auto Pilot order placed on There is no limit to the amount of referral credits you can earn and referral credits will accrue with every eligible friend or family member you refer. You can track your referral credits by visiting the My Account on under Order Details.

  6. Referral credits are valid for 7 days from issuance. Your referral credits are automatically applied to your purchases at checkout. You can check the amount of referral credits you have earned at any time by visiting Order Details section in My Account.
  7. Referral credits are issued to a single account holder at our discretion and cannot be transferred between accounts or between users. Credits cannot be bartered, exchanged or sold.
  8. Referral credits have no cash value by themselves; they are only deemed to have a notional cash value of $10 if they are used in connection with an eligible purchase on our Site.
  9. We reserve the right to limit or cancel your referral credits in our sole discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service, including through fraudulent or misleading referral activity or if we terminate your account for any reason. You may also be liable for civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable law.
  1. We use our best efforts to deliver your Products in accordance with the delivery date and time slot selected by you during checkout. Any time stated for delivery is an estimate only. We are not liable to you or any other person for any failure to meet a stated time for delivery and any such failure does not affect your obligation to pay for the Products.
  2. If you request us to deliver the Products to a third party, or if a person other than you takes possession of the Products at your requested address, that person takes possession of those Products as your agent and you remain liable to pay for the Products under these Terms despite delivery to that third party.
  1. You indemnify us for all Loss, including any:
    1. costs of debt recovery, incurred by us as a result of your failure to pay any amount payable by you under these Terms.
    2. re-delivery fees, incurred by us as a result of your failure to take delivery during the day and time slot nominated by you.
  1. We currently supply Products within Singapore.
  2. Prices for our Products are subject to change without notice to you.
  3. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on our Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
  4. While all effort is made to keep the Site accurate and up to date, occasionally there may be typographical errors, as well as inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product delivery charges and availability.
  5. We do not warrant or represent that any Products or recipes are suitable for any particular purpose, including without limitation, that the Products are suitable for consumption by persons with any food intolerances and/ or allergies.
  1. We own all proprietary and intellectual property rights in the Site (including all information, data, text (including recipes), graphics, logos, icons, videos and look and feel) and any promotional material or other information we provide to you.
  2. You must not copy, reproduce, adapt, translate or reverse-engineer from the whole or any part of the Site.
  1. Where you have purchased any Products that do not meet the requirements of these Terms or any conditions, warranties or guarantees implied at law and for which we cannot exclude liability, we will, at our cost, replace the defective Products, or refund the Products, determined on a case by case basis.
  2. Where you reasonably believe that you have taken delivery of Product(s) that are defective, or you have received an incorrect item, you agree to contact us immediately.
  3. You acknowledge that you will take all reasonable steps to prevent any loss of the Products and any further damage or deterioration of the Products from their current condition.
  1. To the extent permitted by law, we have no liability or responsibility to you or any other person for any Loss in connection with:
    1. any Products being unavailable;
    2. the Site being unavailable (in whole or in part) or performing slowly; or
    3. any error in, or omission from, any information made available through the Site.
  1. You agree to access and use the Site and purchase the Products at your own risk.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
    1. we are not liable or responsible to you or any third party for any Loss under or in connection with these Terms, the Site, your access and use of the Site or your purchase of Products.
    2. all conditions, guarantees and warranties whether expressed or implied by statute or otherwise in connection with these Terms, or in connection with the Site, your access and use of (or inability to access or use) the Site, or in connection with any Products, are expressly excluded.
  3. To the extent our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to the price you have paid for the Products.

Without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, if we consider that you have breached these Terms or we otherwise consider it appropriate, we may immediately, and without notice, suspend or Terminate your access to the Site (or any part of it) or the supply of any Products you have purchased.
  2. On suspension or Termination as a result of your breach, you must immediately cease using the Site and must not attempt to gain further access.

  2. Before taking any court action, you agree to use best efforts to resolve any dispute under or in connection with these Terms or your purchase of any Products, through good faith negotiations.
  3. We will not be liable to you for any failure to perform our obligations under the Terms to the extent caused by Force Majeure.
  4. If we need to contact you, we may do so by email, telephone or by posting a notice on the Site.
  5. These Terms, and any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
  6. If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity.
