Our Mentaiko Salmon Don is a versatile recipe that you can adjust according to your liking, as the mentaiko sauce adds that umami flavor. You can always use store bought mentaiko sauce, but do try to make homemade mentaiko sauce for that extra sense of achievement! Recipe by @zip_ from Yoripe.
- 150g The Meat Club Salmon Fillet
- 100g mixed vegetables
- 1 hard boiled/onsen egg
- Mentaiko sauce
- Preheat oven at 200C.
- Pat dry salmon fillets.
- Bake for 10min.
- Remove from the oven and top with Mentaiko sauce.
- Then return to the oven and bake for another 10min.
- Serve with rice, some vegetables and egg.
