Hainanese Pork Chop

Our Hainanese Pork Chop recipe is crispy with an appetising sweet and tangy gravy. It is the perfect East meets West dish that is well liked by the whole family! Recipe by @zip_ from Yoripe.
- 1 x The Meat Club Cage Free Range Pork Chop
- 300g pork tenderloin, sliced to 1/2 inch thickness and tenderized
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- White pepper
- 1 tsp corn flour with 2 tbsp water, mixed well
- 7 pieces cream crackers, pound or blend till fine
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- Frozen vegetables
Sauce mixture:
- 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- White pepper
- 1 tsp corn flour + 4 tbsp water
PREPARATION
- Marinate the pork chops with marinade for at least 30min.
- Preheat air fryer at 190deg.
- Coat marinated pork in egg then cream cracker crumbs.
- Air crisp for 7min, flipping halfway. Set aside once done.
- Mix the sauce mixture well.
- Add oil, garlic and onion and fry till fragrant.
- Add the frozen vegetables and cook till soft, about 3min.
- Add sauce mixture and bring to a boil.
- Once sauce thickens, remove and pot and pour over the pork chops.
