Tandoori Fish is a classic Indian dish that is great with our range of white fish. Namita’s version of Tandoori Fish is made simple with the spice blend from her store, Indian Spice Box! Best served with a side of salad or rice. Recipe in collaboration with Indian Spice Box.
- 450g The Meat Club Barramundi Fillet
- 4 tbsp greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp grated ginger
- 1/2 Lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp Indian Spice Box Tandoori spice blend
- Salt
PREPARATION
- Add greek yogurt, grated ginger, lemon juice, Tandoori spice blend and salt to a mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Add barramundi fillets, coat well. Marinate for at least 15 mins.
- Place fillets on baking tray with baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10-12 mins at 180c.
- Serve with salad or rice.
