Honey Mustard Chicken Thigh
Our tangy and zingy, the Honey Mustard Chicken Thigh recipe is a really simple way to enjoy chicken while introducing new flavours! Recipe by Singapore homecook @zip_ from Yoripe.
- 1 x The Meat Club Cage Free Chicken Thigh Fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp powder
- In a small bowl, mix the marinade well. Marinade the chicken thigh with the mixture for at least 30min or overnight in the fridge.
- Preheat oven to 200deg. Bake for 20-25min. It should reach an internal temperature of 75deg.
- You can serve it with anything! Veggies, rice, noodles. We had it with some creamy pasta and blanched broccolini.
