Beef

Australia is renowned for the quality and consistency of it’s grassfed beef. The Meat Club range of 100% grass-fed beef is certified #trueaussie, which means that it is produced naturally and free to roam in a land of abundant natural pasturelands.

You can be assured of the food safety for our beef, as it is cut and vacuum packed at the processor in Australia. This means less contamination risks as third-party handling is significantly reduced, with no-one ‘touching’ your meat until it is opened by you in the comfort of your home.

Lamb

New Zealand is renowned for the quality of its lamb, and The Meat Club’s lamb is the best of the best. Raised in the foothills of the Gisborne region, our lambs are raised in a low impact manner, with high rainfalls meaning lush grass all year round. The proximity to the sea gives the lamb a great flavour from eating the salty coastal grasses, and it provides high quality protein along with iron, zinc and B vitamins.

Chicken

Our 100% Australian Cage Free Chicken is sourced from farms in New South Wales, where the chickens are raised in large barns. Exceeding the Australian animal welfare code of practice, our chickens are never administered growth hormones and have the freedom to roam, with access to seasonal non-GMO feed ensuring a delicious tasting all-natural chicken. Certified Halal, chlorine-free and raised on non-GMO feed, our partners use precision machinery to perfectly portion your cuts, and then snap freeze the products to lock in the freshness. You can be rest assured that your meat has not been opened from the time it leaves Australia before it reaches your home, reducing double-handling and the possibility of contamination.

Pork

The Meat Club pork comes from the Western Victoria region of Australia. Our supplier’s farming methods ensure a stress-free environment, by ensuring that the pigs are raised on a tailored, natural, grain-based diet free from growth promotions and hormones. They are free to roam, root and wallow in paddocks, meaning they are healthy and happy. All our pork products are blast frozen and do not go through unnecessary frozen and thawing cycles which erode quality and taste.

Salmon

Our Ocean Farmed Salmon is sourced from the pristine ocean waters off the coast of Tasmania, where they swim against the tides in state of the art sea pens. They are processed by our partners into perfectly portioned packs in the weight ranges our customers prefer.

Our salmon is blast frozen and does not go through unnecessary frozen and thawing cycles which erode quality and taste.

A great natural source of Omega 3’s, our Ocean Farmed Salmon has a wonderfully rich, full flavour and a deep red/orange colour. Quick, versatile and easy to prepare, the salmon is perfect for oven baking, poaching, pan-frying or grilling.

Barramundi 

Our Ocean Farmed Barramundi is sourced from Cone Bay in Western Australia, the only true ocean-grown Barramundi in Australia, where they swim against the tides from their sea pens. They are incredibly fit, which is why their fat (very important in barramundi flavor) is spread evenly throughout the body. Due to their ocean environment, Cone Bay barramundi exhibit true ocean saltwater flavours (sweet and buttery) that is similar to wild caught fish with clean and clear opaque flesh.

NZ White Fish

From the East Coast of New Zealand’s North Island, small inshore boats carefully harvest our Snapper, Gurnard and Tarakihi fish on short trips, delivering their catch wharfside fresh daily. All fish is able to be traced back to the boat it was caught on. After filleting, packing and blast freezing, you can be rest assured that your white fish has not been opened from the time it leaves New Zealand before it reaches your home, reducing double-handling and the possibility of contamination. Our white fish is blast frozen and does not go through unnecessary frozen and thawing cycles which erode quality and taste.

The Meat Club team are experts in procuring high quality raw proteins, but have always had a soft spot for rubs, sauces and marinades which bring convenience and flavour to everyday meals. We work closely with Sidecar Sausages and Gourmet Ready to bring the very best clean, great tasting products that compliment our protein range. All Sidecar Sausages and Gourmet Ready products are made in Singapore and are proudly halal certified, with no artificial ingredients or preservatives.
