home, reducing double-handling and the possibility of contamination. Our
beef is cut fresh and is allowed to ‘wet-age’ in state of the art
packaging, ready for when you open and start cooking!

Grass Fed Stir Fry Beef Strips, from the knuckle cut, offer great
flavour and are perfect for stir fry and curries. They are cut about 1cm
thick and across the grain, meaning they cook quickly while remaining
tender.
