Fisher’s brave wild seas for days on end to bring this prized, sustainably caught fish to market which is found on famous restaurant menus around the world. With its snow white appearance, high oil content and high levels of Omega 3, it is suitable for a range of cooking methods such as oven baking, poaching, pan-frying or grilling.
