Our Meat Standards Australia (MSA) graded beef is raised in accordance with the high standards and requirements, as required for MSA cattle.
MSA is a grading system developed to improve the supply of consistently high quality meat to consumers. It is a ‘tenderness guaranteed’ program that grades beef based on eating quality.
The Meat Club range of MSA beef is certified #trueaussie. It is produced naturally and free to roam in a land of abundant natural pasturelands before enjoying no more than 70-days grain to ensure consistency of taste and texture, season to season.
You can be assured of the food safety for our beef, as is cut and vacuum packed at the processor in Australia. This means less contamination risks as third-party handling is significantly reduced, with no-one ‘touching’ your meat until it is opened by you in the comfort of your home.
Our Grain Fed MSA Graded Eye Fillet Tenderloin Steak is a cut from the loin of beef. This muscle does very little work, so it is the most tender part of the beef. These steaks are great for pan frying or BBQing.
