Baby spinach has a mild and delicate taste. This non-starchy vegetable is an excellent source of Vitamin K, which is important for bone health, baby spinach is a good leafy vegetable to have on hand to add into salads, wraps and hot dishes for a boost of flavour and nutrition.

Green asparagus is a delicate vegetable, with crisp stems and fragile tips. They are low in calories and high in nutrients including fibre and folate.
