Modifying your order

The Meat Club was born from a desire to bring fresh, quality produce to our members doors.

With an expanding range of products, we have relaunched the site to bring more optionality and flexibility with our subscription offering. Members can now log into the My Account section of the site to make any number of changes, including:

Edit your basket

This feature allows you to add and remove products from your ongoing subscription basket. You can also add one-off products to a subscription delivery, that will not continue indefinitely.

Ship now

This means you can have the in-stock products in your basket, pulled forward, and shipped on the next available delivery date.

Skip delivery

This feature means that the next unpaid and unprocessed order will be skipped, and recalculated based on your preferred delivery cycle.

Pause orders

This feature means your orders will be paused until you choose to activate your account again. Importantly, subscription offers like FREE mince for life will reactive when you resume ordering.

Cancel orders

This feature means your orders will be cancelled altogether, until you choose to activate your account again. Importantly, subscription offers like FREE mince for life will NOT reactive when you resume ordering.
