The brains behind SG Cafe Food, Elphin joined The Meat Club in 2020 as an all-rounder that takes care of The Meat Club’s content across all channels, including our in-house photography and recipe videos. Go-to products include the Whole Salmon Fillet and Cage-free Chicken Thigh Fillet, which he loves preparing them Japanese Teriyaki-style.
