Honey balsamic lamb chops

This is my go-to recipe for BBQ parties because the lamb chops are just a little bit fancy and absolutely delicious. Adults and kids will love the salty sweet taste and you'll be fighting over seconds!

COOK TIME: 4 Hours marinating

Ingredients

1 rack The Meat Club Lamb
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey (I use thyme honey)
Generous amount of sea salt and cracked pepper
Fresh rosemary springs to serve

Preparation

  1. Cut lamb into individual chops and place in a container or covered bowl suited for marinating
  2. Mix the EVOO, crushed garlic, balsamic, honey, salt and pepper together and pour over the lamb chops
  3. Allow to marinate for 4 hours
  4. Heat a BBQ or grill pan and cook lamb on both sides for 2-3 minutes for medium
  5. Serve with fresh rosemary, extra EVOO and honey drizzle
