The founders of The Meat Club spent 18 months searching for Australia's finest beef and lamb, and are proud to present, 'The Prestige' beef and 'Mr Lamb', reared on properties in New South Wales and Victoria respectively.
The Prestige range of beef is processed at Bindaree Beef, one of Australia's largest, privately owned meat processors. Located in Inverell, northern New South Wales, our stock benefits from the lush, fertile lands of the New England Country side and are finished off on local grain to ensure depth and consistency of flavour.
Mr Lamb is 100% Australian and privately owned. Our farmers have a commitment to rearing prime quality free range lambs while adhering to strict Australian humane welfare standards and using progressive, stress-free handling techniques.
The journey from the paddock gate to your home in Singapore is a long one. That is why we pre-portion and then thermoform cryvac each individual piece of beef and lamb at our tier one processing plant. This process aims to minimise - if not rule out - contaminant exposure on its journey to Singapore. At every step of the logistics supply chain, we closely maintain and monitor temperature and humidity to ensure there is minimal fluctuation.
Each piece of meat will have a 'Eat By' date on the label, which will generally be 28 days (10 days for mince) after the date of your home delivery. If you cannot eat all the meat in this time, we recommend that you freeze the portions you have remaining, which will extend its shelf life to 3 months (frozen).
Yes, if meat isn't eaten within 28 days (10 days for mince), then we suggest the meat is frozen. When defrosting the meat, our suggestion is to thaw 6 hours prior to cooking by placing it in your fridge.
Quality fresh meat is up to 70% water. When meat is frozen, ice crystals can form, expand and cause significant damage to the muscle cells, resulting in a loss of taste and even nutrition. Once the meat thaws, the damaged cells may 'leak' salts, proteins and rich flavours that would otherwise be captured, reducing the meat quality and dining experience.
MSA was developed by the Australian red meat industry to improve the eating quality and consistency of beef and lamb for consumption. The system grading system takes into account all factors that affect produce from the paddock to the plate. Further details can be found here
The distinct flavour of The Prestige beef is developed over time. Our stock graze on lush grasslands and then on local grain to provide consistent portion sizes and flavour.
Mr Lamb is free range and pasture raised, while also being hormone and additive free.
Our lamb is halal certified.

2. Ordering

Easy! Select the pack that suits your appetite, record the date your delivery will arrive, create your account and add your payment method... voila, we do the rest! Alternatively create your own bespoke pack and follow the same steps as above.

3. Delivery

Delivery is made every 28 days to align with the fridge shelf life for non-minced meat. 
Of course, please contact us at info@themeatclub.com.sg when confirming your order. Also please advise your condominium security guardhouse to ensure this is not a problem.

Once you have placed your order you will be able to change the shipping address online 48hrs prior to delivery. This can be done in 'My Account'.
Deliveries will be made every four weeks from you initial delivery. We will be in touch before the delivery to confirm your delivery time preference.

4. Billing

Absolutely. We respect your privacy and security, and have partnered with Stripe as our payment gateway provider. Stripe have an outstanding reputation as a market leader in online payments.
Your card will be charged upon clicking 'Purchase' at the end of your order. If you choose the AutoPilot option then your payment will occur every 4 weeks.

The Meat Club continuously monitors its competitiveness with local market prices. Every quarter we will notify you of any reduction or increase to our subscription pricing and provide you a week to confirm any changes to your subscription. For all changes to your subscription please login into 'My Account'. You can defer your order to another time or choose to cancel at any time. If your order is cancelled within the first two months you will incur the initial autopilot discount received. 5. Miscellaneous

No, we don't. In order to provide the highest quality products at an extremely competitive rate, we have minimized our operation costs and passed on those saving to our members.
